Effective January  1, 2011 The Alexander Group (TAG) began transitioning responsibilities and activities associated with all Sales, Support, and Services for all its clients to CTO Telecom, headed by former TAG Senior Technology Consultant  John Doheny. While some logistical changes will occur it is anticipated there will be no impact to ongoing support contracts and this arrangement represents some major benefits to our valued clients going forward:

CTO Telecom will have a specific and singular focus on Telephony/VoIP and related business applications. We have over 50 years of Telephony experience on most leading systems.

The transition benefits from combining with an established technologies consulting firm CTO Networks  which will provide the stability and expanded resources needed to effectively provide a higher level of customer service and responsiveness. More robust help desk and trouble tracking tools as well as online access will improve the problem resolution process.

CTO Telecom will have closer relationships with leading industry partners with several decades of combined telephony experience and dedication to the technology – all with a long history with Vertical TeleVantage and Wave in addition to other manufacturers and service providers ensuring the most knowledgeable resources are brought to bear to support your needs.

The Alexander Group will retain Voice and Data Service Provider services as applicable.

This transition is intended to ensure continuity of vital support services for our mutual clients’ mission critical business communications needs. The existing contact points (email and phone numbers) will continue to be monitored and will be used in addition to new numbers and email which will be provided as they are ready for use. Some additional new resources will also be available including online entry of trouble tickets and personalized customer portals (as applicable) to provide alternative access and more interactive methods to provide information, transfer files, make payments, and generally stay in touch.

 

CTO Telecom will honor all existing TAG Support Contract terms and conditions on current contracts in good standing. All future support contract payments should be made Payable to and Sent to:
